Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Marco eStore will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Marco eStore.


Comments and Feedbacks

All comments and feedbacks to www.mymarcostore.com will be remain Marco eStore's property.

User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the www.mymarcostore.com will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.


Product Information

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that Marco eStore may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.


Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Marco eStore harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. Marco eStore will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.


Inaccuracy Information

From time to time, there may be information on www.mymarcostore.com that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Return Policy”.


Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or Marco eStore. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, Marco eStore may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.


Promo code “MARCOMCLUB” Terms and Conditions:

1. This coupon code is valid for 10% off, with min spend of RM100 and cap at RM200

2. This coupon code is valid for normal price items only and not applicable on new models (latest within 3 months)

3. This coupon code is valid for all categories except Musical Instrument items

4. Each user is entitled to use the coupon code once only

8. To enjoy the promotion, users are required to key in coupon code at the Marco e-Store checkout page

9. Offer is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions

10. Marco reserves the right to cancel orders if found any discrepancies or violation of T&Cs.

11. Marco reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Marco shall be final


Warranty Terms And Conditions 

(Online)

Privileges and benefits shall be accorded upon presenting successful registration of Marco M Club Member AND Online E-Warranty.

Marco Worldwide Sdn. Bhd.  reserves the right to amend the privileges, benefits, term and conditions for E-Warranty at any time without prior notice.

Repair or service charges are to be borne by the customer, even within the warranty period, if:

  • The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
  • The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
  • The problems is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than Marco Service Centre;
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stains, accessories (e.g. batteries, knobs, bulbs) and damages due to abuse;
  • The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;
  • The is no record of successful registration of online warranty.

** 2 years limited warranty ONLY applies to Caterpillar, Reebok, Hush Puppies, TW Steel and Danish Watches.


(Retail)

Privileges and benefits shall be accorded upon presenting of the warranty card at Marco Service Center / Successful registration as Marco M Club Member AND Online E-Warranty registration.

Marco Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the privileges, benefits, and conditions for E-Warranty at any time without prior notice.

Repair or service charges are to be borne by the customer, even within the warranty period, if:

  • The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
  • The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
  • The problems is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than Marco Service Centre;
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, rust, stains, accessories (e.g. batteries, knobs, bulbs) and damages due to abuse;
  • The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;
  • The warranty card and the proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service;
  • The retail's name and address are not stamped in the warranty card.
  • The date of purchase is not entered in the warranty card;
  • The is no record of successful registration of online warranty.
